This is the third year in a row that the Cerebral Palsy Association of British Columbia has hosted our community connection event on the North Shore. On Tuesday, December 8th join us at the North Vancouver City Library (map) for a silent auction, refreshments, social, and information sessions!
Former Paralympian Paul Gauthier will be leading a brief presentation on Accessing Choice in Supports for Independent Living (C.S.I.L). Kathy Nyoni from the North Shore Disability Resources Centre (N.S.D.R.C.) will be discussing the N.S.D.R.C.’s S.T.A.G.E. program and G.A.R.D.E.N. project. While both these topics are geared towards youth with disabilities ageing out of childhood support and services, absolutely everyone is invited to this free event.
Our silent auction sponsors include the Vancouver Giants, Everything Wine, the Commodore Ballroom, art and products from local members, and other goodies.
