National Volunteer Week is a time dedicated to celebrate and recognize the collective efforts of all those who contribute to our communities every day. This year’s theme “Celebrate the value of volunteering” is a reminder that when volunteers dedicate their time, expertise, and passion, they are rewarded. From opportunities to develop new skills, to finding meaningful personal connections, volunteering creates a positive impact for all.
Volunteers are at the heart of our organization and the driving force behind our programs and services. Without their help, we would not be able to reach our vision to create a Life Without Limits for the disability community in British Columbia. To all CPABC volunteers, and anyone who chooses to volunteer to improve their community: thank you.
