July Programs & Events

July is here! 🌸 A time to recharge and enjoy the moment.

This month we celebrate Canada Day! ❤️ on July 1st. Tag us in any Canada Day posts, we would love to see how you celebrate!

Be sure to sign up for our monthly email for program updates, helpful information and ideas! In our July newsletter we share information and tips on travel as well as how to and links on applying for Canada Disability Benefit. And don’t forget, we are always here to help with what can be complex paperwork!

We are still on our program break that will extend until the end of August. In the meantime though watch out for some special events! 🎮 Gamers club will be starting up on July 31st and a🪩 social night is planned on July 25th!

Our programs are carefully designed to be family-friendly and accessible to all ages, regardless of where in the province you reside. We encourage you to dive into our meaningful activities which are conveniently available via Zoom.

• Peer Support Connections: Learn and share experiences by following a peer support framework.
• Intergenerational Mentorship Program: Join us to partner with a Senior Mentor to set and achieve your goals for thriving with cp!
