Youth Without Limits: Mindfulness and Exercise to Reduce Stress

4 Part Series on Mental Health – Start of January to end of March

The group sessions will take place every three weeks between January and March 2017. Each session will begin with a brief presentation that will engage participants and open up discussion. Some weeks will feature guest speakers who specialize in various topics. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for disabled people to socialize, learn from, and support one another.

This is a free inclusive program. Drop-ins welcome! Snacks and refreshments provided.
