Step 1: Register to the challenge!
Step 2: Set your own daily exercise goal. This could be attending a one hour class of adapted yoga, going to physiotherapy, or exercising for 30 minutes. Any form of staying active counts!
Step 3: Ask your friends and family to encourage you to achieve your goals by making a donation in your name!
